*Character Choice compatible cartridges are guaranteed to be free of defects in both material and workmanship for 1 year or until the cartridge is empty, whichever comes first.  If you have trouble with a Character Choice toner cartridge, you can call us at 928-567-4433 for a free replacement if required.  We will even replace it with an OEM, brand new cartridge if you so choose!   Note: your defective cartridge will be tested to be sure that you do not have a defective printer.  Also, all Character Choice toner cartridges are guaranteed not to damage your printer.
