Company Profile

This isn't a "mom and pop" business. It's a "son and pop" business! Ward Bartsch (the "pop"--more commonly referred to as "dad") repaired computers with IBM for over 30 years and is one of those people who can take apart and fix just about anything. His son Daniel has worked with computers for over 15 years and has a knack for software. They started Character Computing in January 2001.
